A native Nebraskan, Megan Lutz-Priefert has been with the Anderson, Bressman, Hoffman & Jacobs, P.C., L.L.O., since August 2016. Ms. Lutz-Priefert’s practice includes all areas of civil litigation, including family law, juvenile law, business law, personal injury, and wills and estate planning, as well as criminal defense. Ms. Lutz-Priefert also does criminal defense work on the Winnebago Reservation. Ms. Lutz-Priefert graduated from Creighton University School of Law in 2015, and Creighton University Heider College of Business in 2013. Prior to joining Anderson, Bressman, Hoffman & Jacobs. Ms. Lutz-Priefert worked in a boutique family law firm and Creighton University’s Community Economic Development Clinic where she focused on nonprofit and business formation. While in law school, Ms. Lutz-Priefert published an article with the Creighton University School of Law’s International and Comparative Law Journal entitled A Call for a More Permanent International Definition of Rape.
Ms. Lutz-Priefert likes to stay active. She serves on the Barristers Ball Committee, the Creighton University School of Law Young Alumni Council, and Creighton University Omaha Recent Alumni Advisory Board. In her spare time, Ms. Lutz-Priefert enjoys spending time with her husband and their daughter, attending sporting events, and painting.
